They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from medical or psychological professionals.
You acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Additional waivers may be required for certain events or services, and your participation will be contingent on your agreement to those terms.

7. Billing, Payment, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through Grow Your Soul.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details (numbers and expiration dates), so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order.
You acknowledge and agree to our Return Policy, which allows returns within 30 days for eligible products (excluding retreats).

If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact us directly to seek a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback without giving Grow Your Soul the opportunity to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover owed amounts, including any associated fees.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control nor input.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
