Retreat Agreement

Accommodations
On this retreat, we will be staying in our own private accommodations.
Participant Minimum
This retreat does not require a minimum amount of participants.
Physical Demands
Although the retreat is not highly demanding, please be aware that it may include the following: extended days, walking tours, exposure to potentially warm or cold temperatures, a couple of lengthy journeys, early morning wake-ups, and similar situations.
Kindly Note: In the context of small group travel, it's crucial to recognize that the health and well-being of one person can affect the entire group. If you have any uncertainties about the suitability of this trip for you, consulting your healthcare provider may be advisable.
Tour Cost
$5350 per guest
Payment Terms
Installments available.
Balance due 60 days prior to retreat. $750 nonrefundable deposit secures your place for the retreat.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, a credit can be applied to another retreat if utilized within 12 months from the original retreat date. If you require a refund the $750 deposit is nonrefundable, all other payments beyond the initial $750 deposit will be refunded, minus credit card processing fees, if cancellation was done in writing 60 days before the retreat start date.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for this retreat. Life is unpredictable, and unforeseen events can occur. Why risk losing money if you have to cancel for any reason? We advise opting for a policy with a "cancel for any reason" provision—better to be safe than sorry.

Should you have specific dietary needs, kindly contact us 60 days prior to travel.

Details in the day-to-day itinerary might be adjusted as our arrival date approaches or during the trip. Be assured that any changes aim to enhance and enrich the overall experience.
Limitation of Responsibility
Grow Your Soul assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury (whether physical or otherwise) incurred by participants during the trip, including physical activities, alcohol consumption, equipment breakage, or any unforeseeable circumstances. The organizer is not liable for expenses (such as transportation, meals, and hotels) not covered in the program but essential for reaching the meeting point or departing from the trip's conclusion.
Video/Photo Release
Periodically, we capture video footage and photographs of guests and activities for promotional purposes. Kindly inform us if you prefer that images of you or your group not be used.
