Media Release

I understand you, Lynn Wisniewski, intend to interview candidates to be shared on social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and more. I consent to and authorize the use of my name, likeness, words, and participation, in whole or in part, in print, images, recordings, video and any future correspondence or other derivative materials based on them. I understand you intend to use them for educational, promotional, and commercial applications.

You are not obligated to use all or any part of my participation in the project. You may edit at your discretion. You shall have the right to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, publicly perform and display, advertise, and publicize my participation in these materials without compensation. I agree that you shall own all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the originals and all copies of such audio, video, print, or transcripts, with full media and worldwide rights including but not limited to online and social media.

I understand that I will receive no compensation for anything associated with the 5 Questions book series and podcast.

This release may be amended only in writing and constitutes the parties’ entire agreement in response to its subject matter.
